Book with confidence
Verify your identity and licence once, then pay securely by card. The deposit is only pre-authorised, never charged upfront.

Pick up and go
At pick-up, do the photo check-in with the owner and sign it in the app. Same at return: everything is time-stamped and kept.

Add photos, your price and availability, then the registration, insurance certificate and roadworthiness test: we check them before the listing goes live.

You receive requests from renters whose identity and licence have been verified. Accept the ones that suit you; your calendar updates itself.

Payment is secured by Stripe and paid out to you after the rental, minus the commission. The check-in report and GPS tracking protect you during the rental.

Renting your car to a stranger, or a stranger’s car, takes guarantees. Kiroul builds them into the journey, from the first profile to the return of the keys.
Photo check-in report, signed by both parties
Front, rear, sides, interior, odometer: the app guides the photos, records mileage and fuel, then owner and renter both sign. If there is a disagreement, the time-stamped photos are the reference.
Verified identity
ID document and selfie, verified by our provider Stripe Identity before any booking or listing.
GPS tracking
The vehicle’s position is recorded during the rental, then deleted 30 days after it ends.
Driving licence checked
The licence is verified before the first rental. Owners can require a minimum age or years of driving.
Vehicle documents
Registration, insurance covering rental to third parties and roadworthiness test are checked before the listing goes live.
Verified reviews
Only people who actually rented or lent the car through Kiroul can leave a review. No paid reviews.
Secure payment and deposit
Payment goes through Stripe: Kiroul never sees your card number. The deposit is pre-authorised and released after the return.

What is Kiroul?
Kiroul is a car rental app connecting private owners and certified professional agencies with renters. We connect both sides and provide the tools to rent with confidence: verifications, secure payment, photo check-in reports and GPS tracking. The rental contract is made directly between the owner and the renter.
What do I need to rent a car?
A Kiroul account, a valid ID document and driving licence, verified once in the app, and a bank card for the payment and deposit. Owners may require a minimum age or years of driving, shown in the listing.
How does insurance work?
Owners must have insurance that expressly covers renting their car to third parties; their certificate is checked before the listing goes live. Cover and excesses are shown in the listing before you book. Kiroul is not an insurer.
What if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50% of the rental price is refunded. Less than 24 hours before, the rental is not refunded. If the owner cancels, you get a full refund, service fee included.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit amount, set in the listing, is pre-authorised on your card: it is held, not charged. It is released after the return check-in, once the 72-hour window for reporting damage has passed.
What happens if there is damage?
The owner has 72 hours after the return to report damage in the app, with photos. The check-in reports signed at pick-up and return are the reference. Kiroul helps both parties reach an amicable solution.
How does GPS tracking work?
The vehicle’s position is recorded only during the rental, for the safety of the vehicle and people and to handle any claims. It is deleted 30 days after the rental ends, unless there is a dispute.
How much does Kiroul cost?
For renters: a service fee of 10% of the rental price, shown before you pay. For owners: a commission on each rental, 15% (private owner) or 12% (agency) on the Free plan, 10% with Kiroul Plus (€9.99 per month) and 8% with Kiroul Pro for agencies (€49 per month).
I run an agency: how do I become “certified”?
Create your account, then send your company records and vehicle documents from the agency space. Once verified, the “Certified agency” badge appears on your listings.
When will the app be available?
Kiroul is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Download links will appear here as soon as it is released.
