Delete your Kiroul account
You can delete your account and the associated data at any time, from the app or from this page.
From the app
- Open Kiroul and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
- Done: you receive a confirmation email.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address and sign-in credentials
- Your profile: phone, city, date of birth, verification statuses
- Your files: ID document, driving licence, vehicle documents and photos
- Your listings and your roles in an agency
What is kept
- Past bookings and their accounting records (invoices, payments), for the legal period, with no link to your account.
- Data kept by Stripe under its legal obligations (payments, identity verification).
- Technical backups, which expire automatically at the end of their short retention period.
Open booking: deletion is not possible while a booking is requested, confirmed, in progress, awaiting closure or disputed. Complete or cancel it first.
