3. Marketplace activity
Kiroul is an online marketplace connecting renters with car owners (private individuals and certified professional agencies). The rental contract is made directly between the owner and the renter; RS Digital is neither a rental company, nor the owner of the vehicles, nor an insurer. The rules of the service are set out in the terms and conditions.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. [to be completed: status under payment services regulations (agent, collection on behalf of third parties via Stripe Connect)]
4. Personal data
How we process your data is described in the privacy policy. Contact: kiroul@rs-digital.fr. No data protection officer has been appointed to date. Account deletion without the app: Delete my account.
5. Consumer mediation
Under articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may refer a dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator: [to be completed: name, address and website of the mediator], after a written complaint to kiroul@rs-digital.fr has not been resolved.
6. Intellectual property
The Kiroul brand, logo, website, web space and app are the property of Sarah SOKRI EI (RS Digital); any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Listing photos and descriptions belong to their authors, who grant Kiroul the right to display them for the purposes of the service. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Google Play and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.
